Liz.. There have been many changes within the WATP camp within the last 6 months.. to date what do you think has been your biggest challenge ?
Will... Hmm... I would say exactly that has been the challenge... Things change, people come and go, and it makes you feel insecure.. But the music keeps you going!
Liz.. You have been lucky enough to tour with many great artists over the last year, what do you think is the main thing you gained from this experience other than the great exposure
Will...Learning that there is no such thing as a superhuman, and all our idols are just the same as us.. That gives me confidence.. Also the travelling.. You can't beat a good roadtrip can you?
Liz.. You seem to have great fun whilst on tour and it is obvious that this is one of your favourite parts of being a musician, do you think that when you attain the status of big tour bus and everything is managed for you down to the finest details you will actually miss the random chaos that sometimes occurs a present, and often leads to the more memorable moments in life
Will ....Good question... Well I have experienced a bit of both worlds.. And I can honestly say nothing beats turning up in a new city aboard a beaten up camper van, knowing nothing about where you are staying or what you will be doing... It's all downhill from here if we get any success... Though I am gonna try and keep it real :) myb we could have a fleet of campervans.. All vw circa 1960... All different colors.. That would shit on any tourbus!!!
Liz....Much has been made of your style… is this a very well thought out plan or do in fact your clothes just fall out of the wardrobe and you pick up the first things and that’s it ( sorry there had to be one non serious question)
Will.... I am what I am and that's it.! I don't really like trends or fashion... It seems that what's in is out and what's out is in... So who gives a shit ...just try to feel good about what you wear.. Somedays that involves t shirt and jeans to "blend" others I requires a vintage 1967 blouse that belonged to my grandmother... Both are the same to me, but perform different tasks... They call that peacocking I think...
